ELEC 260 Introduction to Electricity and Applications3 semester hours Presentation of a brief history of electricity and electrical devices. Introduction to basic concepts of circuit and system analysis, electronic instruments, devices and modern electric equipment. Demonstrations of concepts and devices are included. Lecture, 3 hours. Prerequisite: MATH 101 or higher, or placement into MATH 106 or higher. |
