ITAL 204 Advanced Italian

Emphasizing communicative and linguistic skills, this course reviews the material studied in ITAL 101, ITAL 102, and ITAL 203. The goal of the curriculum is to develop the four basic language skills - listening, speaking, reading, and writing - at the appropriate level of proficiency in classes that are taught exclusively in Italian. Increased emphasis is placed on writing assignments, working with multimedia materials in Italian, and reading selected texts written for native speakers of Italian.

Prerequisite: ITAL 203 or equivalent.
