ELEC 624 Digital Communication Theory


3 semester hours

This course provides the foundation of digital communication theory. Topics include representation of bandpass signals, frequency and phase shift keying, M-ary signal, detection in additive Gaussian noise channel, inter-symbol interference, and efficient signaling with coding.

Lecture, 3 hours.

Prerequisites: ELEC 521  and ELEC 532 .
