MBAB 622 Management Consulting

This course examines the process of consulting to management, which involves providing expert knowledge, resources, and skills to assist managerial decision-making and enhance organizational performance. This course considers various different models within the professional consulting services industry to assist students in considering possible options for future career planning. Students working in teams also gain direct experience with an actual client organization in the full cycle of a consulting project, from project formulation and engagement through implementation and evaluation. Also listed as MBAH 622.
