JOUR 4410 Health & Science Journalism

4 semester hours

In Health & Science Journalism, students will examine and linger at the intersection of news and science or health, studying how to ethically and effectively translate science and health information into digestible, accurate and popular news. Students will also produce their own health and science journalism, learning how to connect science with story-telling.

Pre-requisite: JOUR 2100 Language of Journalism
