MATH 248 Introduction to Methods of Proof

3 semester hours

Number theory, sets, functions, equivalence relations, cardinality, methods of proof, induction, contradiction, contraposition. Student portfolios will be collected.

Prerequisite: MATH 132  or equivalent.
