MECH 621 Solar Thermal Energy Systems

3 semester hours

In-depth study of solar thermal energy systems. Flat plate collectors, concentrating collectors, hybrid PV/thermal collectors, solar powered heating and cooling.

Lecture, 3 hours.

Graduate standing required.

Prerequisite: MECH 323  or equivalent.
