This course introduces the risks and rewards of creating and releasing film and TV content, while also examining other areas of the entertainment industry.
ENLM 6000Entertainment Leadership and Management Capstone(3 semester hours)
In this course, students will have the option to develop greater experience working with an interdisciplinary team on either a creative endeavor or a real-world challenge/problem in the entertainment industry. The capstone course prepares students to become leaders by addressing the intersection of business and issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, representation, and justice in the entertainment industry. Students may either work individually or on a team for their chosen pathway. The capstone project occurs during the summer term I.
There are two pathways for the capstone project: Entrepreneurial Producer & Entertainment Industries Strategies
