The DBA program includes a qualifying exam designed to assess students' mastery of core concepts and their readiness to undertake advanced research. The qualifying exam is typically scheduled at the end of the second year of the program.
The dissertation is a comprehensive research project that demonstrates the doctoral candidate's research proficiency and original contribution to knowledge. It addresses an original research question through the design and execution of a study. The dissertation should reflect the body of knowledge acquired during the program and demonstrate mastery of key learning goals.
Elective course is to be determined and dependent on student research projects and needs.
