A minor field program in Electrical Engineering consists of 20 semester hours of EECE coursework (not including math prerequisites) to be determined in consultation with the Department Chairperson. Participation in the minor field program requires the approval of the student’s major field faculty advisor and the Department Chairperson in the student’s major field.
The typical set of courses includes EECE 2100 Circuits I Lab, EECE 2110 Circuits I, EECE 2210 Circuits II, EECE 2240 Introduction to Digital Systems, EECE 3100 Junior Lab I, and EECE 3130 Electronics. As many of the courses have prerequisites, the following suggested schedule is provided.
